If you haven't already done so you may want to read the How it Works topic to familiarize yourself with the basics of FileLocator Network.
Create New Search
To start a search with FileLocator Network first specify the search criteria by clicking on the 'Create New Search' link (as shown).
which will open up a blank Search Criteria window:
Enter your required search criteria and then add each of the target computers you want to search. Then to start the search click the Run link to launch the Start Search Wizard.
When the wizard has been completed the search will be started and the Search Run Results window will be opened to show the progress of the search.
